The most economical and Turn-Key solution for the government is for Satisloh North America, Inc. to upgrade and replace their equipment. Satisloh North America, Inc. will provide technicians, and resources to execute a one-to-one replacement for their obsolete eyeglass lens fabrication equipment at the VISN10 Optical Lab, located in Indianapolis, IN. Reference the following Satisloh North America, Inc. upgrades and replacements: QTY 2: ART- Deblockers (583MX2114439 & 583MX2114437) are to be replaced by Satisloh, Next Generation ART Deblockers. QTY 2: VFT- Obit (583EE89121 & 583EE89120) are to be replaced by Satisloh, VFT-Orbit-2 machines. Peripherals to include WIN10 upgrade package Ancillary Services: This will be a full turn-key procurement with the OEM completing all services required to upgrade and remove present equipment. OEM will replace and return to service with their replacement and upgraded equipment. There is no additional floor space for modifications to the Optical Laboratory’s current layout including the current electrical floor plan. The replacement equipment will be installed in the exact location that is presently in use. The above-mentioned Request for Information is for a TURN-KEY project, with no additional costs to be incurred by the Government. Any interested party must include the trade in, removal of the incumbent equipment, and a credit issued for the equipment.
