The Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm shall furnish professional services for 100% design to install a Heat Exchanger on the East Side of Building #1 at VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Fort Wayne Campus, 2121 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The design will include Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction/Bid Documents, and Construction SOW per the A/E Design Submission Instructions Documents, Construction Administration Services, Technical Specifications and Cost Estimates. The Heat Exchanger shall be designed to accommodate the following functions based on the guides, manuals and planning criteria located here Technical Information Library (TIL) - Office of Construction & Facilities Management (va.gov): Design a heat Exchanger and riser that will service the VAV Boxes on the 4th floor East side of the Fort Wayne VA Medical center. Install a Heat Exchanger and Riser on the East Side of Building #1 This system will service the VAV Boxes on 4th floor East side. This system will not turn off when the temperature rises over 50 degrees. This will allow simultaneous heating and cooling of areas required by the HVAC Design manual. The system will be designed and installed in accordance with all applicable Design guides in the TIL Technical Information Library (TIL) - Office of Construction & Facilities Management (va.gov). Replace exhaust fans EF-1 and EF-2 on the 4th floor in accordance with all applicable Design guides in the TIL.
