The entire scope of the Coldwater project was reevaluated by the Integrated Project Team (IPT), and it was determined that prior to any further expansion into the Coldwater area the following items will need to be addressed by the Battle Creek VA Healthcare System. § Consideration as to the size and location of the delineated area will need to be redetermined prior to any future expansion into Branch County. § Size and layout of the Coldwater VA Clinic will need to be revaluated and should be based on the number of Veterans expected to be serviced within Branch County. The revised requirement will be readvertised at a future date upon determination of any scope revisions.
