On page 71, the solicitation states Non-SDVOSBs/VOSBs: To receive partial consideration (PC) under this evaluation factor, the offeror must state in its proposal the names of the SDVOSBs and/or VOSBs with whom it intends to subcontract, and provide a brief description, and the approximate dollar values of the proposed subcontracts. Page 68 of the solicitation states The technical response to the proposal shall not have any reference to price/cost. To avoid confusion, will the government revise its answer to Amendment 0002 s question # 5 to Factor 4 should be included as part of 1 only . ANSWERS The subcontracting plan requirement is removed in its entirety. No, the Government will not revise its answer to Question 5 from Amendment 0002; Factor 4 should be included in Part 2. Network 10 Contracting Office intends to solicit proposals from offerors to provide prescribed, government-owned durable medical equipment (DME) to patients of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at their residences. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, warehouse space, and equipment to assemble, clean, refurbish, and store DME equipment. The contractor shall also provide delivery, set-up, repair, in-house instruction and patient education, and/or pick-up of government-owned items and equipment for beneficiaries of the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 Ohio geographic area. The procurement will be solicited for a 12-month base year with five (5) option year renewals. NAICS Code 532283 applies with a size standard of $36 Million. This acquisition will be conducted using the procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation document will be available on or after December 20, 2022.
