Veteran Townhall Telecommunications for Dayton VAMC The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: Veteran Townhall Telecommunications for Dayton VAMC NAICS 517810: All Other Telecommunications Place of Performance: Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year and four (4) options years if exercised summarized as follows: Base Year (CLIN-0001): 30 September 2023 to 29 September 2024 Option Year One (CLIN-1001): 30 September 2024 to 29 September 2025 Option Year Two (CLIN-2001): 30 September 2025 to 29 March 2026 Option Year Three (CLIN-3001): 30 September 2026 to 29 September 2027 Option Year Four (CLIN-4001): 30 September 2027 to 29 September 2028 Attachment 1 for Reference: Final draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference as appropriate. Attachment 2 for Completion/Signature: Statement of FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) Compliance for completion/signature.
