SOURCES SOUGHT WITH INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE RADformation Software Subscription This is a Sources Sought (SS) Notice only; it is not a Solicitation (i.e., Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation, or Invitation for Bids.), This SS is part of the Government s market research effort to determine the scope of industry capabilities and interest and will be treated as information only. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses to this SS are strictly voluntary and the Government will not pay respondents for information provided in response to this SS. Responses to this SS will not be returned and respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. Although responses to the questions posed by the Government would be most beneficial to this market research effort. The purpose of this SS is to conduct Market Research to determine an acquisition strategy, to include determining if there are a sufficient number of Small Businesses capable of performing the requirements to warrant a set-aside, for the procurement of software as a service annual licenses and support services at the Dayton VA Medical Center (DAY VAMC), 4100 West 3rd Street, Dayton, OH 45428.    This acquisition is for software as a service annual licenses and support services. RADformation is now offering a site license which provide for essentially unlimited users based on the number of medical linear accelerators in the department. We have devoted considerable effort into developing our workflows based on the features of this software a notable advantage of this software is that it runs as an API script from within the Eclipse Radiation Therapy Treatment Planning System which eliminates need to manually export treatment planning data this eliminates data transmission errors and provides the ability to perform critical analyses of treatment plans during planning process. Potential sources must demonstrate the capability to provide the required software as a service annual licenses and support services. Potential sources should submit: Point of Contact with email address and phone number; Business name and address; Business size pursuant to NAICS code 339112, (size standard 1000 employees), the non-manufacture rule applies to this NAICS; Applicable business socio-economic category; GSA, NAC, TAC, or SAC contract number if applicable; Capability statement and/or brochures of the equipment to allow for assessment of meeting the requirements stated above; SAM UEI number; Delivery days After Receipt of Order (ARO); What country made the product is made in; and Whether or not your company is the OEM or a distributor. If a distributor, indicate who the OEM is and provide authorized distributor letter. Proprietary/Competition Sensitive information (appropriately marked) will be protected from disclosure to the greatest extent practical, however it is preferred that respondents do not provide proprietary or otherwise restricted responses unless they are indicating proprietary technical characteristics. Vendors are hereby notified that if a competitive solicitation is issued on the Beta SAM website http:// https://sam.gov at a later date, all interested parties must respond to that Solicitation announcement separately from any response to this SS announcement. This SS does not restrict the Government's acquisition approach on a future Solicitation. The DAY VAMC does intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), Limited sources justification and approval. The NAICS code is 339112 with a small business size standard of 750. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with RADformation, Inc., 335 Madison, Ave., 16th Floor, New York, NY 10017, for a RADformation Software Subscription.
