This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 09/14/2023. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for Fire Evacuation Maps Planning for the Northern Indiana Healthcare Systems facilities. The applicable NAICS Code is 561210 Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $47 Million. The applicable PCS code is H312 Inspection Fire Control Equipment. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Fire Evacuation Maps Planning for NIHCS. Clinton St., Suite B, Defiance Ohio, 43512 The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 and 13. The award will be based on a quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of quoters will be scheduled for 7 calendar days after the issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance through the Contracting Opportunities website available through Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this website. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contract Specialist no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Time on the 3rd calendar day after issuance of the solicitation.
