Yes, all of the hydrants are at the main locations. How many backflow preventers are at each of the CBOC locations? The backflow preventers at the CBOC s are covered by the property landlord/owner. Are any of the backflow preventers at the CBOC locations in a vault/pit? Backflows at CBOCs are not included in the services. Are there no sprinklers or backflows at the Middletown CBOC?
