Please see below. Regarding the LOTO procedures, does the government require special software to generate the new procedures, or can they be generated using Microsoft Word or Excel? No special software is required and Microsoft Word and Excel are the preferred tools to create the databases. Regarding the confined space assessment, does the government require the contractor to enter the spaces, or simply perform the assessment without entry? Vendor should not need to enter any confined spaces. For the Job Hazard Analysis portion of the quote, I wanted to make sure I was getting the "total" figures correct: -Simple JHA (est. 30 min in the field and 45 min JHA development, est. 1 page) (qty 50) - TOTAL EST. HOURS OF 62.5 -Intermediate JHA (est. 60 min in the field and 75 min JHA development, est. 2 pages) (qty 50)Â - TOTAL EST. HOURS OF 112.5 -Complex JHA (est. 90 min in the field and 120 min JHA development, est. 3 pages) (qty 50)Â - TOTAL EST. HOURS OF 175 350 TOTAL EST. HOURS FOR 150 JHAÂ Â The facility has confirmed those are the best estimates for the requirement. The close date of the solicitation is hereby extended from 9/14/2023 @4PM to 9/15/2023 @4PM.
