PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Louis Stokes Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract to provide coding assignments for the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) for Diseases and Procedures, Common Procedural Terminology and Healthcare Common Procedural Coding System Level II codes based on health record documentation of outpatient, surgical, and inpatient episodes of care. The NAICS Code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, 2022 Size Standard of $24.5M. PSC: R499, Support Professional: Other. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.102(d)(3), to solicit to the three Blanket Purchase Agreement holders awarded by VHA HIM Contracting for Medical Coding, against their respective FSS Contracts. A determination to compete using the procedures in Part 8 is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that further competition outside of the Part 8 procedures would be advantageous to the Government.
