Project 655-20-202 Atrium Renovation Building 22 Contractor shall, in full accordance with project Drawings and Specifications, perform construction activities to fully implement all work related to this project. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Install exterior construction barrier & gate, construct temporary Phase 1 construction wall, demolition of existing interior architectural elements in Atrium, construct new exterior canopy structure, sidewalk, and repair of pavement, construct new interior walls, finishes, and architectural elements, and removal and replacement of all flooring finishes including wall base. All work is to be performed at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw, Michigan 48602. The Period of Performance for this project is 120 Calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
