Sources Sought for Educational Video Development Consulting Services This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center, Wade Park Campus, at 10701 East Blvd Cleveland, OH 44106 to identify all sources that can provide independent consulting services to thoroughly and professionally assess the market needs and messaging for FES Center investigators, for Educational Video Development. The approximate period of performance is 8/8/2023 12/31/2024. Specific Tasks The vendor will work with the Cleveland FES Center to develop new messaging and a series of videos and communications to raise awareness for Northeast Ohio s cutting-edge functional electrical stimulation research. Once the message and talking points have been crafted, they will be integrated into a comprehensive marketing and communications plan including strategies, tactics, anticipated results and metrics. The final plan will be completed in cooperation with all impacted stakeholders to ensure cooperation. Cleveland FES Center investigators and FES Center Executive Committee will use the data to capitalize on the 60 Minutes segment to launch events that will raise awareness for the FES Center s work and long-term goals. As part of this contract the vendor will create coordinated and sustaining educational opportunities for the FES Center researchers and clinicians for the upcoming release. These opportunities will focus on neurotechnology and neurostimulation programs that will highlight the research taking place in Cleveland. They will focus on creating and supporting key relationships with potential collaborators, funders, community partners, start-ups, industry, commercial entities, clinicians and biomedical engineers and researchers. These FES Center awareness opportunities will identify and match institutions and researchers to create opportunities to share knowledge and develop new partnerships and collaborations. At the end of the outreach event a summary and reporting metrics will be provided to the Executive Leadership in order measure effectiveness. The marketing and communications plan will serve as the roadmap for all public facing members of the Community. Communications channels will be identified and may include social media (linked in, Twitter, and other similar assets), local and industry media positioning, science exchange days, podcasts, research partnerships and more.
