This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a source sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 513210 (size standard of 500 employees). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this source sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this source sought announcement. The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking sources that can provide: A Multi- Year Service Contract to perform to furnish and manage a geographically dominant Internet Service Provider (ISP) air gapped business class circuit for direct internet service with the managed services of a public wireless (free Wi-Fi) bring your own device program (BYOD) for Veterans, family members, and guests of VA facilities. Beyond the ISP point of demarcation, the awarded vendor shall provide comprehensive support, and maintenance for a total of twenty-one (21) VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS) locations of which all 21 are remote ancillary sites of patient care. The name of the wireless broads cast will be vaptwins VA Patient Wireless Internet Network Service. The vendor must also provide a service and maintenance agreement which will include making adjustments, repairs, and replacing any malfunctioning equipment. The agreement will also include answering to service calls and providing startup and training for the VA staff. Response to this notice should include a capability statement, and three (3) customer references to which you have provided similar services for. Responses should also include company name, address, point of contact, size of business pursuant to the following questions: (1) Is this product or service available under a federal supply schedule (GSA)? If yes, please provide the contract number. (2) Do you manufacture or directly provide these services? If teaming, please provide a copy of your teaming agreement. If subcontracting, please include the name of the subcontractor. (3) Is your business large or small? (4) If small, does your firm qualify as a small, emerging business, or small disadvantaged business? (5) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group and if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. (6) Is your firm a certified hub zone firm? (7) Is your firm a woman-owned or operated business? (8) Is your firm a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small or veteran owned small business? (9) Is your firm registered on the System Award Management (SAM) website? Responses to this notice shall be emailed to Roman Savino at roman.savino@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than 12:00 PM on May 1, 2023. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced later, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this source sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
