The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the work is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45 million. This project scope summary is found below: Description of the Statement of Work: Project 506-20-602 Renovate Building 2 Renovate Building 2, Project # 506-20-602 Statement of Work. Infection control construction barriers, dust control etc. will be a part of the work to be completed. Work to be performed includes the interior and exterior renovation of approximately 3300 SF of existing office space inside Building 2. Surrounding Building 2 there will be parking lot replacement and civil/site improvements. Place of Performance is at the LTC Charles S. Kettles Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
