The purpose of this SS is to conduct market research to determine an acquisition strategy for establishment of a lawn & landscaping service contract for Veterans Health Indiana, Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) facilities in Indianapolis, IN. Network Contracting Office 10 (NCO10) is conducting market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Hubzone Small Businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), or 8(a) firms capable of performing the requirement to warrant a solicitation set-aside. The proposed solicitation is for establishment a lawn & landscaping service contract for RLRVAMC at the West 10th Street and Cold Spring Road locations. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, labor, equipment and materials and supplies to provide lawn and landscaping service.
