Network Contracting Office 10 will be soliciting offers for Lawn and Landscaping Maintenance services for Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) located in Indianapolis, IN 46202 and one (1) other location. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, vehicles, transportation and chemicals necessary to provide lawn care and landscaping services for RLRVAMC with facilities on West 10th Street and Cold Spring Road in Indianapolis, IN. Request for Quote (36C25023Q0542) will be issued on or around August 4, 2023. Anticipated award date is September 1, 2023, for a period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer by the date on the SF1449. Verbal questions will not be answered. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the offer period. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document.
