Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking information in response to this Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. Interested Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Small Business Administration Section 8a, Women-Owned, and other socio-economically disadvantaged small businesses who believe they possess the experience and qualifications to successfully perform the scope of work described below are encouraged to respond in order for us to make a set-aside determination. Responses are being sought from qualified businesses capable of providing the required construction services outlined below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the work is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19 million. This project has specific experience and qualification requirements as described in the below summary of the project scope: Description of the Statement of Work: Project 506-21-211 Replace Building 28 AHUs Replace Building 28 AHUs, Project # 506-21-211 Statement of Work: Contractor shall, in full accordance with project Drawings and Specifications, perform construction activities to fully implement all work related to this project. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Infection control construction barriers, dust control etc. Demolition as defined in the project drawings AHU s Other miscellaneous HVAC work Replacing the two identified AHU s Controls New control sequences for the new AHU s Add/update Control graphics Testing and acceptance Verify full sequence of operations Verify all new and/or modified equipment and systems perform as intended The General scope of this project is the complete replacement of the two identified AHUs serving Building 28. Place of Performance is at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
