The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire Chiller Plant Water Treatment Services to include maintenance, sanitization, repairs and chemicals for its cooling tower and chilled water loop systems, and future maintenance of continuous chlorine reading meters at the Cooling Tower at the Veterans Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The Contractor shall provide all necessary chemicals, labor, and supervision to conduct preventive maintenance and sanitization on the facility owned Cooling Tower and Chilled Water Loop Systems. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed-price contract for a base and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service, if all options are exercised. NAICS code 325998 and Size Standard of 650 employees applies. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be June 30, 2023, with a due date of July 14, 2023.
