The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to release a solicitation (RFQ) for leased Stryker Corporation (brand name) equipment for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. This presolicitation is being issued for informational purposes only. The VA anticipates entering into a firm-fixed price purchase order with the contractor providing the lowest price technically acceptable quote.
