The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire Annual Workplace Evaluation (AWE) Professional Consulting Services to assist Safety to help review, mitigate findings, and develop processes to sustain compliance during the four (4) inspections of the 2023 Annual Workplace Evaluation (AWE) for the Veterans Health Indiana (Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center), 1481 West Tenth Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The contractor shall be a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and could provide training opportunities. Must have extensive experience and skill with VA medical facilities. Must be available in person for 4-days during the inspection times (Monday Thursday, during normal hours of operation). The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract for a base of four days. NAICS code 541611 and Size Standard of $24.5 Million applies. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be April 07, 2023, with a due date of April 14, 2023.
