SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Description This Sources Sought Notice is issued to identify and determine the level of interest among both Large and Small businesses including qualified VetCert (Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov)) registered Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SD/VOSB). Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition approach and/or set-aside strategy which meets procurement regulations. This Request for Information Sources Sought Notice is looking for sources for the products described below: The LTC Charles S. Kettles VA Medical Center (Ann Arbor, MI) has a requirement for a radioactive diagnostic agent, PYLARIFY (piflufolastat F 18) Injection or comparable radioactive diagnostic agent for prostate cancer screening. The requirement is for approximately 13,301 doses spread over five ordering periods. Interested vendors are requested to respond to this notice no later than 10:00 AM EST 16 March 2023 via email to steve.bauer@va.gov. Vendor response shall include the following: (a) Company name (b) Address (c) Point of contact (d) Phone and/or email of primary point of contact (e) Unique Entity Identifier (f) Type of business (e.g., Large or Small/Type of Small) (g) A capability statement: Maximum of two (2) pages summarizing the products offered and how the company can fully satisfy the requirements for the radioactive diagnostic agent.
