This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network 10 Contracting office on behalf of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center (Saginaw VAMC) located at 1500 Weiss, Saginaw, MI 48602. The purpose is to identify sources that are capable of providing vehicles, gasoline, insurance, personnel, and directional materials necessary to accomplish daily scheduled courier services (NAICS code 492110; Size standard 1500 Employees) from the community based outpatient clinics (CBOC) listed below to the Saginaw VAMC, Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Daily courier service shall also include courier service from Saginaw VAMC to the Ann Arbor VAMC located at 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 482105. It should be noted that blood substances shall be one of the items transported by the contractor. Associated staff will maintain current training and certification in accordance with 49 CFR, Parts 171-173. Contractors that can provide this requirement and meets the requirements below are requested to send: 1. Company Name 2. Unique Entity ID 3. Business size under NAICS 492110 4. If the service(s) are available on an FSS contract or not and the FSS contract number if it is available on contract. 5. Notification if they have Veteran Small Business Certification or not.
