Description the requirement: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, to include labor and materials to perform work for Project# 583-23-505, HVAC For CB001; work includes but is not limited to installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment for OIT Department on the basement floor at CB001 VAMC in Indianapolis, IN. This work is to comply with all VA specifications and bring this area into compliance with the current VA HVAC requirements. This HVAC system shall be complete, coordinated, and technically correct. In addition, the HVAC systems shall be safe, easily accessible for repairs and maintenance, energy efficient, and in compliance with the prescribed noise and vibration levels. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Additional Information: The RFQ will be posted on or about 03/20/2023. ***END OF SYNOPSIS***
