Sources Sought for Lead Paint Remediation Services On The Rooftop Courtyard Screen Walls This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center, Wade Park Campus, at 10701 East Blvd Cleveland, OH 44106 to identify all sources that can provide lead paint remediation services on the rooftop courtyard screen walls. The approximate period of performance is March 29th to April 19th 2023. The project includes the labor, materials & equipment to remove and dispose of the loose lead paint chips from the (3) rooftop courtyard screen walls which consist of approx. 3,025 sq. ft. as shown. All roof surfaces under those areas shall be HEPA vacuumed to remove any residual lead dust. Removal must be completed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.62. Negative pressure (-0.02 inches water) should be maintained in the area to reduce contamination of adjacent areas. A minimum of 4 air changes per hour should be used while filtering the exhausted air through high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters. Final wipe and air samples will be completed. Work to be performed during normal working hours Monday thru Friday. All lead waste to be disposed of at a licensed disposal facility.
