DESCRIPTION: The Battle Creek VA Medical Center has a requirement for Elevator Service and Maintenance. This procurement has been set aside 100% for award to Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Businesses will not be considered and shall be rejected. The anticipated award date is March 15, 2023, the period of performance will start April 3, 2023, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about February 22, 2023. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.sam.gov. All questions will be answered via solicitation amendment. A walk thru will be held at the facility on February 27, 2023. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following email address: Kristina.peart@va.gov no later than 13:00 (EST) March 1, 2023. Quotations are due no later than 13:00 (EST) on March 6, 2023, by email to Kristina.peart@va.gov. NAICS 238290 applies. Size Standard is $22 Million.
