Page 24 Cleaning Frequencies Chart : Are the curtains to be removed and laundered by us or does that fall under the linen contract? Curtains if need to be laundered will be dealt with separately. Housekeeping just responsible for dusting them/vacuuming with attachment for dust. There are only curtains in the living room, dining room and family room. Page 42, Quote Preparation Instruction : For the redacted version of our submission, does our past performance information count towards the identifiable information ? Should we redact the contract numbers? The redacted information is looked at during the technical review by our site POC s. The past performance information will not need to be redacted as they will not be looking up the individual contracts to see who they were awarded to. We want to ensure that there are no identifiable names/information in headers, footers, charts, images, etc. located in the Technical narratives.
