Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS) Fort Wayne Campus located at 2121 Lake Ave., Ft. Wayne, Indiana 46805 has a requirement for Window Washing Services. This procurement has been set aside 100% for award to Service Disable Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The anticipated award date is March 15, 2023, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about February 23, 2023. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.beta.sam.gov. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend site a visit on February 27, 2023, at 10:00 AM EST. All questions will be answered via the Solicitation amendment.
