Description of purpose work nature and volume: The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Prepare Site for MRI Project. This includes preparing the site for construction operations that encompass demolition and removal of existing components as well as furnish labor and materials to perform work as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes upgrading finishes within the MRI suite as well as replacing the rooftop equipment chiller. The equipment chiller must be replaced in a timely manner, not to exceed 72 hours from the time the old chiller is disabled to the time the new chiller is operational. All work within the MRI magnet room must be completed while the MRI is in a ramped down state. The above construction Statement Of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all of the details for the construction of this project. It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specifications be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project. Period of Performance: All phases of work are to be completed within 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
