The Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has requirements to improve the overall patient parking availability and traffic flow in and around the facility and its campus. This project combines the necessary alterations to pedestrian and vehicle traffic surfaces and overall improvement to the campus and facility aesthetics. All work shall be completed within 730 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Plan to post the IFB on/about 7/18/23 All Drawings, Specifications and other information will be posted with the IFB through GPE. The government plans to solicit this requirement as full and open competition, after exclusion of source, set aside for SDVOSB socio-economic concerns. ***END OF SYNOPSIS***
