Description of purpose work nature and volume: The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Reconfigure Primary Care to PACT Model Project 539-19-101, including prepare site for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications. The above construction Statement of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all of the details for the construction of this project. It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specification be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project. The magnitude of construction project is estimated between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Location of the work: All work to be performed, according to the drawings and specifications at the: Cincinnati VA Medical Center 3200 Vine Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45220-2637 Tentative dates for issuing invitations, opening bids, and completing contract performance; The Invitation for Bids (IFB) should be posted on/about 06/28/2023 and the Bid Opening should be within 30-45 days thereafter. Plans will be available for inspection without charge: The specification and drawings will be available electronically with the IFB when released.
