The project will provide needed repairs and upgrades to the existing trailers located at the main campus of the Cincinnati VAMC. Fulfillment of this project will ensure the existing trailers are kept in a safe and operable condition for continued daily use by patients and employees.

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for a construction project Project 539-22-209, Improve Trailers It is the intention of the Cincinnati VAMC main campus to solicit bids for the following: Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to make the needed repairs and upgrades to the existing trailers located at the main campus of the Cincinnati VAMC. All work to be completed at the Cincinnati VAMC main campus at 3200 Vine St. Cincinnati, OH 45220. Work to be completed within one hundred and twenty-five (125) calendar days from notice to proceed. Justification of Work: The main goal of this project is to provide needed repairs and upgrades to the existing trailers. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial & Institutional Building Construction Contractors with a standard size of $45M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $300,000 and $600,000. Contract awardee shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, training, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications & drawings provided. The VA will issue an IFB on or about 30 July 2022 via www.sam.gov . A site visit will be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation, and the date, time and location will be posted in the solicitation.
