VA NORTHERN INDIANA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM-FORT WAYNE CAMPUS PROJECT: 610A4-20-107 Replace Fire Alarm System Statement of Work: The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to replace the existing fire alarm system with a new campus-wide fire alarm system in accordance with the plans and specifications provided. The new system must be nonproprietary meaning the manufacturer allows fair and open competition between vendors selling the fire alarm devices. The manufacturer of the new system must provide certified maintenance and repair training for 2 of the VA’s maintenance personnel in order to keep the majority of the system maintenance in-house. All work is to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care – Fort Wayne Campus, 2121 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805. Work is to be completed within 270 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
