PURPOSE: The purpose of this sources sought is to compile market research and support the resulting acquisition strategy. The VA request that capable and interesting contractors reply to this posting with their business name, SAM UEI and current socio-economic status. DESCRIPTION THE REQUIREMENT: This work includes all construction activities necessary to successfully Replace Fort Thomas Boilers, Project No. 539-20-101. This project will replace the boiler and chiller plants at Fort Thomas. This construction project requires general contracting, electrical, controls, mechanical, etc. to be successfully completed. As this is an occupied space, planning for phasing the construction work may be required. The Period of Performance is 730 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
