Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to add card readers and update the security systems at the Marion VA campus compliant with the new Office of Management and Budget mandate to transition to Deterministic Random Bit Generator (DRBG)-based (Version8.x) cards. The primary monitoring of the card readers and alarm system shall occur at the VA Police Dispatch building 170. The card readers and security improvements will be added to existing system and will be: installed, fully tested and be in compliance with VA Handbook 0730/4, Appendix B dated 29Mar13.All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care – Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th. Street, Marion, IN 46953.
