Material type? Finish? Installation method (cast in place or surface mount)? You say to match B320 please provide this information so we are able to match it. VA Response See response to Question 8 above. Question: The Scope calls out to grade adjacent area with topsoil and hydro-seed, and to water until 3 high with no bare spots. Are you saying you want us to figure on sending someone and watering all areas of seeded areas every day until grass is 3 high? If so we can include this but need to know is there water readily available at all locations where grass will be planted, or do we need to figure on bringing in a water truck? This seems like something that may be better handled by the VA maintenance/grounds crew, but we can include this if you are confirming it DOES need to be included. VA Response: Yes, the contractor is responsible for leaving the grass areas in the same condition as when the project starts. Water may be available at some locations. *All dimensions are approximate and must be field verified by the contractor.
