The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network 10 Contracting Office has a requirement for nursing home services for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, catchment area includes the counties of Wayne, Macomb and the lower areas of Oakland and St. Clair. The Contractor shall furnish all nursing home services and supplies in accordance with the RUG IV Levels of Care . Solicitation number, 36C25022R0105, is being issued as an RFP. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice and a written solicitation will be issued on or about April 5, 2022. This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE acquisition for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 623110, and the small business size standard is $30 Million.
