Weight Based Inventory Management System for Dayton VAMC and CBOCs The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified, prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows: Short Title: Weight Based Inventory Management System for Dayton VAMC and CBOCs NAICS-541614: Process, Physical Distribution and Logistics Consulting Services PCS-Q702: Technical Medical Support- Medical logistics, biomedical equipment, occupational/public health, medical supply, medical readiness Place of Performance: Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) and CBOCs Anticipated Periods of Performance: Base Year: 15 July 2022 to 15 July 2023 Option Year One (1): 15 July 2023 to 15 July 2024 Option Year Two (2): 15 July to 15 July 2025 Option Year Three (3): 15 July 2025 to 15 July 2026 Option Year Four (4): 15 July 2026 to 15 July 2027 Attachment 1 for Reference: A draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached below for offeror reference as appropriate.
