The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 9/15/22. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for armored car services for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS), Fort Wayne and Marion, Indiana campuses. The applicable NAICS Code is 561613 Armored Car Services with a size standard of $22 Million. The applicable PSC code is V127 Transportation/Travel/Relocation Transportation: Security Vehicle. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 is seeking to procure armored car services for the NIHCS Fort Wayne and Marion, Indiana campuses. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12, 13, and 19. The award will be based on the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of quotes will be scheduled for 7 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance via www.Sam.gov through Contracting Opportunities. Â All responses must be submitted to the contracting point of contact as listed in the solicitation. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this website. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be presented to the listed contracting point of contact no later than 12:00 pm, Eastern Time on the 4th calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. All quoters must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 561613.
