The Chillicothe VAMC would like to purchase a wheelchair washer. 2. Scope. The wheelchair washer will be used to sanitize wheelchair supply at the medical. We would like to go from paying from individual washes on an as needed basis, to having unlimited access to this equipment on site. 3. Tasks. Delivery and setup of one (1) wheelchair washer. Equipment shall have: Wash and rinse equipment in 2.5 minutes. All warranty and service associated with the equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government.
