Was there an arc flash study performed in the past? If yes, will VAMC provide a copy of the previous study report and SKM study model? Yes we can provide the last study, however, the last study does not include the changes to the electrical system for the buildings requested. All as-built record electrical drawings provided show a secondary electrical system only. Please confirm if the primary/medium voltage electrical system is in scope for this study. If it is, then please provide a single-line diagram(s) of the primary electrical system. Medium voltage distribution drawings attached. Is there any pre-bid site visit scheduled for this RFP? A site visit is not scheduled at this time, as there should be sufficient information in the SOW and attachments. If additional information is required, please submit questions by 4PM on September 19, 2022. For clarification, this is a RFQ under FAR 13, NOT a RFP. There are no FAR 15 procedures utilized or considered in this solicitation. The phrase Bid Documents on the attachments refers to the RFP that information was received under, not to this requirement.
