The Government intends to publish a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small (SDVOSB) Business set-aide solicitation on or about 9/7/2022. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for Armored Car Services for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS). The applicable NAICS Code is 561612 with a size standard of $22 Million. The applicable PCS code is V127. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Armored Car services for VA NIHCS, Fort Wayne and Marion, Indiana campuses. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 & 13. The award will be based on a comparative evaluation to determine the best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 7 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist no later than Noon, Eastern Time on the 5thth calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There shall be no extensions to the closing date and time of the posted solicitation. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM and VIP as SDVOSB concern.
