It is: 0001 AN VISN Requirements - On Site VISN 10 Offices 4 Hour Minimum Price at per hour rate 67 HR Priced   $                                                   -  What location is this? It just says VISN on site. Plus, the SLN is AN which was not on the first solicitation. Can you please clarify? I think I am missing something. Answer 1: CLIN X001AN, X0003AN, X0005AN for (Base and Option years) were added in order to support our VISN Level requirements as they are funded differently than the normal station level requirements. These requirements can be held at any of the medical centers, OGC offices, or VISN offices in Cincinnati, 11500 Northlake Dr. Suite 200 Cincinnati, OH 45249 or Ann Arbor, 2215 Fuller Rd Ann Arbor, MI 48105. For any On-Site VISN requirement task order contracting will provide an associated address to the vendor as soon as known where the requirement will take place. Please also note that CLIN X0004AA was added to the contract/.xls sheet to keep consistent with the other CLIN/SLIN combinations.

This solicitation will be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB s) only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and the VA-CVE (Center for Verification and Evaluation). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561492 Court Reporting and Stenotype Services, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The Product Service code for this procurement is (R606) Support Administrative: Court Reporting. The solicitation will be available on or about August 15, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the SAM website (www.SAM.gov).
