North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 485991 Special Needs Transportation Size Standard $16.5 Million Product Service Code is V212 Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Motor Passenger Purpose and Objectives This Sources Sought Notice is issued by VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 located in Indianapolis, IN for the purpose of collecting information about Paratransit/Special Needs Transportation Services for the Veteran Health Indiana (VHI), Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (VAMC). The VA is seeking a contractor(s) to provide for this requirement annually for a base year with four one-year options to extend services. Place of Performance: Services could be required for the VHI VAMC throughout the state of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky as needed for the Veterans enrolled in the VHI healthcare system. Contractor shall provide if they plan to sub-contract all or part of the work, to what firm, and that firms SAM UEI number. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Draft Statement of Work is attached and is subject to change through the acquisition planning process based solely on the needs of the Government. This is all the known information about this requirement currently. Questions pertaining to set-asides, number of awards, and technical aspects cannot and will not be answered. This is not a solicitation, but information gathering to assist with acquisition planning and strategy only.
