Specify the final date for receipt of requests for a complete bid set: The same as the closes date of this notice. The RFQ will be published electronically. There will be no physical bids available for request. Description the requirement: The vendor will provide and install new equipment in the form of 5 emergency call stations, located at Richard L. Roudebush VAMC at 1481 W 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46202. These emergency call stations will be spread across the front and side parking lots of the facility, based on the provided overview map. The new equipment is required to integrate with the current police surveillance system, RS2, at Richard L. Roudebush VAMC. This work must be completed within 120 days of receiving the NTP. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Additional information: This requirement is being solicited as a single source requirement, under the authority located at FAR 13.106-1(b).
