Network Contracting Office 10 will be soliciting offers for NIHCS Ambulance Services for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS). Contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, materials and reports necessary to furnish BLS ambulance service for VANIHCS with campuses in Fort Wayne and Marion, IN and various CBOC s. Request for Quote No. 36C25022Q0865 will be issued on or around August 10, 2022. Anticipated award date is September 09, 2022, for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer no later than August 12, 2022. Verbal questions will not be addressed. All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the web site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the offer period. There is no subcontracting allowed. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business.
