A.3- This is a new requirement. Q.4 Per PWS 1.4 and Item 0002 in the Pricing Bid Schedule the request is for 2 supervisors. However, the service requirement specifies service should be 24/7. Should this not be 3 supervisors since 24/7 service requires 3 shifts per day. A.4- The 3rd shift will be a floor care team/project group. Contractor can assign a lead for that. The majority of the staff will cover 1st and 2nd shifts. 3rd shift will be 5 people at most. Having a supervisor for five people would not be adequate use of resources.
