Page 2 of 2 Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Agency/Office: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 Title: Radiology Injector Preventative Maintenance Classification Code: J065 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies NAICS Code: 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to provide Preventative Maintenance Services for specialized injector pumps utilized in coordination with Radiology equipment for Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service, if all options are exercised. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to on or before June 23, 2022 with a due date of June 28, 2022 at 9:00 AM EDT. Questions must be submitted in written form via e-mail to the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 PM EDT June 24, 2021.
