Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 Posting Date: July 22, 2022 Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Agency/Office: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 Title: Laboratory Specimens Courier Service Classification Code: R602 Courier and Messenger Services NAICS Code: 492110 Couriers and Express Delivery Services Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire COURIER SERVICES to include personnel, equipment, and transportation for the delivery of Laboratory Specimens, supplies and mail from Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in W Lafayette, IN, Terre Haute, IN, Edinburgh, IN, Bloomington, IN, Martinsville, IN, Indianapolis, IN, and Shelbyville, IN to the Veterans Health Indiana (Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center), 1481 West Tenth Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The contractor shall ensure the confidentiality of all patient information on laboratory samples being transported. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract for a base and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five (5) years of service, if all options are exercised. NAICS code 492110 and Size Standard of 1,500 employees applies. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be July 26, 2022, with a due date of August 2, 2022.
