This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request of quotations(RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most recent Federal Acquisition Circular. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R St, Detroit, Michigan, 48201, is seeking to purchase eleven workstations for their Sterile Processing Service section. See attached documents for specifications/salient characteristics. Please include freight, installation, debris removal, and current lead times in submitted quotation. The successful vendor is responsible for providing a professional installation team to install the item(s), site cleanup, and any necessary training required to operate the item(s).
