The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about 3/23/2022. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the Instructions to Quoters for sterile instrument repair and maintenance services for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center and Wyoming, MI campus. The applicable NAICS Code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $22 Million. The applicable PCS code is J066 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Instruments and Laboratory Equipment. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires sterile instrument repair and maintenance for the VAMC located in Battle Creek and Wyoming, MI. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12 and 13. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The date for receipt of offers will be scheduled for 9 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through BetaSam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contract Specialist no later than 3:00PM, Eastern Time on the 2nd calendar day after issuance of the solicitation. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit, a site map is included in the solicitation. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 811219. Solicitation will be a 100% Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) set-aside.
